At JTG Fashions, we sell unique readymade blouses and offer personalized alterations to ensure a perfect fit. Please read our policies carefully.
Shipping Policy
We provide insured shipping across India. Since every order involves manual selection and personalized alterations, our shipping timeline is as follows:
- Alteration Period: 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Dispatch: Orders are dispatched immediately after alterations are completed.
- Delivery: 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Payment Method: We accept payments through Bank Transfer or UPI only. Orders are processed only after payment receipt.
Returns & Cancellations
Customization Policy
As each blouse is customized and uniquely altered for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been altered and shipped.
Damage-Only Returns
Returns are only accepted in case of damaged products received at the time of arrival.
CRITICAL: Customers must inform us of any damage on the SAME DAY of arrival.
To report a damaged item, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos/videos of the package and product.
